IRS 501c3 Status

As the IRS had given us the wrong status initially, we applied for and
received a redetermination from a private foundation to a public charity.
This in no way affected the exempt status of the organization.

And, due to an IRS error, our exempt status was revoked, took about nine months to get that fixed,
but the letter below verifies that
