The History
Christopher Bacon was the previous Prez, and resigned in 9/93,
due to getting a Federal job, Terri was VP, and stepped up
In January 94 Gary Van Ooteghem was elected Prez,
with Terri was again elected VP
GVO resigned in May/94 due to Bylaw disputes,
and Terri again stepped up
She was Prez the rest of 1994 and all of 1995.
Pat Gandy was elected Prez Jan 1996

alas, very Republican Robert Eckels won the election for Harris County Judge, and held that position until 2007
