this is where Gary Van Ooteghem stepped down as President and Don Hrachovy
assumed the job. He had just become VP in the election held September 29, 1976.
Don resigned himself, for work reasons, in the fall of 1977.

Note that Don Hrachovy was only 25, likely the youngest to become
President, though by succession rather than an election
