Out & Proud Clothing Store 1982 to ~2002

First, in 1982, at 1625 Richmond, and after eight months to 1228 Westheimer,
owned by Richard Wiederholt and Jerry Prox. See article below from a 1988
newsletter of the Greater Houston Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce,
of which Wiederholt was a past president, for the story.

Ian Leffler, Wiederholt's last partner, was running the business in 2001

above, first ads...and I think we can presume the Richmond location closed by the end of June.
and the business showed up in TWT in March 1983, not sure what the delay was....maybe TWT
was waiting for their first ad, that same week
